Handmade Edgar Allen Poe polymer clay box

- by pamela jean lacasse

This week's theme: Artist Made Boxes

There is something about a box. If it is closed, we want to know what's inside of it. If it's open, we think of what can be put into it. Some boxes are strong, some are beautiful and some are plain. Boxes hide our secrets, guard our treasures, hold our tools and keep the bits and pieces of our life safe, whether for us to have or others to find.

This box was made with stamps and transfer images, made to look old. It measures 3 1/2" high by 2" wide. I love working with polymer, and when the post office came out with Edgar Allen Poe, I was very excited, these are great looking stamps

This is for sale at artyecological.etsy.com
