When on vacation, I seem to be the only person fotographing my food! Well, I admit that I do it at home, too! My friends think it's kind of strange...but they do enjoy the fotos! *heehee* The eating, tasting, experience makes all of the other senses awaken for me!

A delectable treat at Vitea Oceanfront Bistro, in Puerto Vallarta...only steps away from the ocean! The atmosphere was very fresh...very retro, but this dessert spoke to me! By far, this scoop of hand churned vanilla ice cream, topped with a dark raspberry sauce, surrounded by bits of mango, pear, peach, pineapple and topped with a thin crunchy wafer...was THE BEST dessert I enjoyed during that visit!
