This is the famouse Lee Hotel in Yuma Arizona. The erie effects of the neon mixed with the natural shake of the camera without a tripod was intended after hearing of the famouse "haunted" building. This photo was taken on a "Gohst Hunting Tour" of downtown Yuma, and the Lee Hotel is supposedly one of the most haunted locals of this border town.
