There needed to be more scope - more context. After all, a city is not just a collection of buildings and streets and lights and signs. The city provides the physical the structure in which a society operates. This show is a chance for photographers to go out into the cities and towns that they know and reveal them to others. To take the structures, be they buildings, street signs, store fronts or junk yards and present them the part they play in the society and the life of the artist. .
