Thistle is the floral emblem of Scotland. I picked the Thistle because it always makes me think of one of my favorite movies Braveheart an epic historical medieval war drama that was filmed across Scotland.  Thistle is the common name of a group of flowering plants characterized by leaves with sharp prickles on the margins, mostly in the family Asteraceae.  A cottontail rabbit surrounded by wild flowers curiously watches in the background.
