I made this for the ripped off contest I was so happy when Artist Carissa M Martos said I could rip off "Weeping Faerie" I think her art is fantastic so I did not want to change it much just make it a little different. I hope she likes it.

I digitally manipulated the art in Microsoft Paint. Touched it up in Widows Photo Gallery adjusted exposure then adjusted color.
