The Cat in the Hat is a fascinating creature because he turns everything upside down and breaks the rules. Whatever you can imagine, he can bring to life. My version of the Cat in the Hat is a bit more sinister, but he is still playful and promises lots of fun - spooky fun. I created this in Photoshop using one of my photos of my cat Puck for the features. Puck ,who lived up to his name, would have made an excellent Cat in the Hat. I also used clip art, vintage photos, a scrapbook paper background and brush work. I illustrated the rodents and twirls.
