I knew the April exhibit was coming and it was a photography exhibit. In February, I was lucky enough to be touring a tropical garden on the east side of the Big Island of Hawaii - in the midst of a heavy downpour. Known as a tropical rainforest, I hoped I would be able to catch a couple of great shots for the April Exhibit. This one, of a pink ginger flower, is one of my favorites. I feel it catches the deep greens of the tropical forest, highlighted with the raindrops that soaked us and the occasional moments of sunshine that made the raindrops sparkle. It was such fun taking these photo's and I'm happy to get to share this one for the April Exhibit.
