My entry for the 2008 Portrait Swap, this is a portrait of the talented and beautiful Kari Tirrell. It was my desire to capture the creative powers inside the mind of the artist which is why I chose bold colors and sweeping movement. I used Sennelier soft pastels on suede mattboard.
