I had so much fun with the colors in this painting. Her beautiful skin contrasts so nicely with her lovely green hat and shirt. All of this is against a beautiful, deep blue background with a hint of lavender behind her so you know she's in the spotlight. Her relaxed pose tells the viewer that she can handle it.
