
If you shoot enough frames, use a tripod and have plenty of patience you can get lucky. I set up my Canon 10D with a Canon Image Stabilized 300mm Macro Lens focused just above this Crocus and waited for this honeybee to hover by and shot a 3 frame burst. This image was the best out of the three, with his wings a blur and cropped just enough so it would print out at 12 x 18 on epson Luster Paper.
