This is a yellow water lily that inhabited a rooftop pond at the Crazy Water Hotel in Mineral Wells, Texas in 2004. I was fortunate enough to capture it's beauty with a digital camera (SLR). This was a first attempt at macro photography. I have many great shots from that day but this is my favorite. I was shocked at the detail!
