Created for the "Water Lilly" show, this small work of art was created with Copic Markers on Bristol Vellum. This character evolved in my sketchbook during my travels to Europe in 2006, and she frequently appears in many of my illustrations. In this piece, indifferent to being fully clad in her beautiful gown, she has wandered into water in search of her favorite flower.
