I love the colors and the unique perspective of this one. In preparing the "canvas" for this painting I applyed a mix of titanium white and light yellow cadmium with a palette knife to add a great deal of texture all over. I used thinned oils for the subsequent layers, where I defined the shapes and values, leaving some of the original background exposed for the small amount of negative space in this piece. SOLD
