i have used more of an abstract design to give more impact. I usually paint with water colours, which gives me more freedom, i wanted to have more control and structure over this piece.

I decided to use 5 colours, ultrmatine, magenta, lemon yellow,white, and burnt sienna. After putting in the ultramarine blue sky, i built up layers of acrylic to form shade and light to give the impression of shadows through the delicate sunkissed petals.
