THis still life hangs on the wall right next to my computer desk in my studio. There are certain paintings I can't sell... there's something about them I find myself attached to... and this is one of them. The vase , the dish of olives(which, by the way, are made of wood!), the poppies and tulips, were all things from my kitchen and when put torgther in this still life.. just reminded me of home! So, I get to look at it every day... a treat for myself!
