I was prompted to consider painting more couples, and mixed with the desire to create a piece just for the Poppy show here on EBSQ, Also my husband acknowledged "You don't see many fairies in the rain." So they are in the rain. I think it's a lovely blend of elements. Part of my flower fairy series, I like knowing I have something different in my portfolio now.
