This painting was " ironed " onto specialty encaustic paper with pigmented molten waxes ( mainly bee's wax )
and collaged onto a 24 x 24 Ampersand cradled Gesso Board.
The texture achieved by painting with wax and the natural sheen are exciting and different from any other medium!
I used painted Bamboo for embellishments as well as for the frame.
