Created for the EBSQ Petunia show. I hadn't planned on doing anything for the show until I spotted a pot of purple petunias in a metal pot with a leaky hose while out for a walk. I've always considered petunias, especially purple ones very common, I wanted to do something different that the typical representation. This is the result of the encounter. The work was digitally painted in Photoshop using several techniques and layers. Each element was done in an individual layer and then combined.
