This is the original piece which inspired my FOTM piece "GRACE". I wasn't going to enter it but then I thought why not. I really enjoyed the challenge of depicting the koi subtly and working within a deco theme. My style is very nouveau influenced and the lily is a favourite of mine. I have four entries in this show , the most so far in FOTM!!! but when you love lilies its very hard to stop painting them!
