I love flowers, who doesn't? :) I usually paint flower with the black background, well because I love black first of all, and second - it doesnt rob the viewer of viewing the flower, not the background :) I think daisies are some of the friendliest flowers, as the character of "You Got Mail" has said and I totally and completely agree with that. I had a couple of Fairies added to it because I thought: what is the most likely thing that fairy would do with the flower in the middle of the night anyway :) These two got busted as they were about to get sweetened with some daisy nectar, hee-hee.
