This is a tiny painting made with oils.
I tried to accentuate the contrast between the dark background and the soft light color of the flowers.
I could not resist to participate in this month's EBSQ flower exhibition (dec. 2005) .... for obvious reasons :) I have never painted an Amaryllis before, so it was a nice occasion !
