I enjoyed doing Alyce and Ted so much, I had another go, so here's Lollie and Bertie! To expand on my 'teddies and faeries' theme, when I was a child my Mum made me some faerie wings out of cardboard, decorated with poster paint and glitter, with Christmas tinsel round the edge - I thought they were the best wings ever and I had them until they literally fell to bits due to over use! (I hope this doesn't happen to real faeries.) My companion on my flights was always Tubs, my teddy, for whom I can report a better outome - he is sitting on my bed upstairs as I type, my aged but very reliable 'Bedroom Guardian'. Hand sculpted in polymer clay with a dress of net, georgette and organza. Lollie's wings are hand made on gold wire and she has a beaded circlet atop her fair viscose hair.
