If this frame doesn't capture the color and exuberance of childhood and spring, what does? I had so much fun choosing the whimsical and deeply-saturated jewelry items. I used a colorful lizard (a beast I lived in fear of as a child); a replica of my very young, very stylish, and very pretty mother; a crayola to feed my color-hungry heart, and many other joyful bits and pieces. The background color is a bright royal blue. What a great Mother's Day gift!
