In today's fast food culture, we have forgotten how to relate to one another. In this piece, I tried to achieve a sense of intimacy among the four participants. There is an added layer of meaning here, as the four hands depicted are all of different ethnic backgrounds; a personal desire for greater tolerance in this turbulent world.
