This month's theme in the Nibblefest contest on EBay is "Monochrome, Any Color." This is one of my "Toad Babies" series. I personally find working in monochromatic colors kind of restrictive. I'm sure a lot of artist enjoy it, but give me a variety of colors and I'm happy.
