10mm faceted Grade A Amethyst rounds are showcased beautifully with
Mexican Crazy Lace Agate, and Jasper daggers, but the focal in this
piece is the show stopper! The center focal is an enameled copper bead
with silver caps made by Duluth artist Sarah Lukkonen of C-Koop beads.

Copper and sterling silver accents
are set within the piece to add a wonderful flair as well as two copper
side focals. Grade A Amethyst rounds, Crazy Lace Agate, and fire
polished CZech glass beads bring the necklace to the stunning copper
and sterling toggle closure.
This necklace is 23 inches long.
In
order to preserve the integrity of my jewelry I always line the bead
holes (and in some cases whole beads) with size 15 seed beads. This, in
addition to using wire guardians at the clasp, insures that the
stringing medium is not in contact with the materials and goes a long
way to insure a stable piece that should last many years given proper
care. I use .018 49 strand C-Flex coated stringing wire for this and
all pieces.
I do my best to show the actual bead colors, only some monitors may show a variation.
