I would be hard pressed to tell you why but for some reason this fun little clutch reminds me of a ice cream shoppe, but for me that is exactly what I feel when I look at it.
The purse is made entirely out of duct tape even the bright little ruffle. It has a Velcro closure and extra pocket inside.
