Painted for a monthly painting challenge hosted at rookiepainter.blogspot.com I changed the arrangement of the inspiration photo slightly, by using a crop which placed the oranges to the side rather than in the middle of the composition. I added blue stitches to the towel, as I love playing with the color combination of orange and blue (even in a small way).
