Originally meant for the 2009 EBSQ Ripped Off Show, I paired up with Jordana Hawen. I could not decide on a single piece of hers, and so took inspiration from several and came up with this still life, more in the tradition of the old masters, but with elements and motifs from several of her paintings, incorporating her love of cats, Halloween, sugar skulls, and tattoo art. This piece was fun to do, thank you for pairing with me Jordana!
