My series of party glasses started with the three hurricanes in Central Florida in 2004. The storms were strong and disabling.... the bent glasses and bottles represent the twisting winds and what they did. They also represent the way some of us delt with the rubble by saying we can know that things will get better. Nothing like a nice glass of wine to relax and put things in perspective. Those who delt with Charley, Frances, and Jeanne, in Florida, look at these paintings and know exactly what they are saying. Enjoy!
