I Am What You Think I am (Spirit Entity)

This piece practically painted itself. I just let the paintbrush do what it wanted to and this haunting, ethereal image of a strange and unique (celestial?) being is what appeared. I suppose it's kind of like a cross between Kokopelli and a Space Alien, or maybe an Indian Chief. Or possibly even a composite spirit of all 3? (Hence the title, "I am what you think I am".. He's anything you wish him to be... Is he a "supernatural being"; a ghost of some sort? or perhaps he's a reflection of the viewer? Does he visit you in your dreams?

He sure is a lovely shade of aqua marine or turquiouse green, though, isn't he? And that showy headdress he's wearing must mean he's an important "wise elder" figure in his "tribe".

I used alot of glazing on this piece, and it was extremely difficult to get a good pic of it, due to all the glazing.

I signed the back, and there is a hanger on the back, so no need for expensive framing.
