Everything fell into place with this assemblage...a Medieval manuscript page from St. John, the cross made from the paper back of the spine of an old book, the rusted wire 'crown,' and the handcarved ivory dove in flight, once part of a pair of earrings given to me by a dear friend. The final touch is from an antique book--the word "finis" taking on more meaning, here, than it carried originally.
