"12 seconds before you life burns out". This piece I use high quality materials in my work. This mixed media painting is thick and dripped in many areas, there is micaceious oxide in areas as well as fluid iridescent gold acrylics. This is very powerful and thought provoking - it is rich in depth and meaning. My work is very emotional, and not overworked - I search to create emotionally charged artwork - I consider what I create perfectly imperfect. When I feel that the painting has the feeling I intend it to feel, then I stop painting - and consider the work complete. You may find paint on the back of the canvas, splotches on the sides, streaks of graphite pencil in areas - if graphite is used - all are there to create the feel of the piece.
