This is a local community park in Santa Barbara, California in an area know as San Roque. I was intrigued with the objects intended for human comfort and admonishment in this juxtaposition. It was painted on location at the park. I even had to take cover for a few minutes while a rain shower passed. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture that day.
