This diptych has an Asian look to the yellow Aspens painted on a black background. Aspens are one of my favorite subjects. Right now the Aspens in Northern Arizona have turned brilliant yellow. I have taken hundreds of reference photos for future paintings. This is what is called a diptych. The painting is on two 16x20 canvases with painted sides.
