- Throne of Thorns
This is a painting of a girl under a leafless tree sitting on a throne made of a living rose bush in bloom. below her is a toad, a snake and in the garden are destroying angel mushrooms, sweet woodruff, foxglove and maiden fern.
Those who knew me at such an age will recognize a certain familiarity in the visage.
I, myself, am not going to explore the psychological implications of all this but it is time for my medication...
