This painting is my abstract interpretation of the West Maui Mountains. All the lovely peaks and gulches are represented by the stunning colors of the islands. There are 3-D aspects of the painting that are seen in the pictures. The colors are teals, greens , browns, reds, magentas, blues, lavenders, violets, rust, gold’s and iridescent highlights to match the hues. The dragonflies are very small and very few. The are hidden in the textures of the painting. This is a gallery wrapped, staple free, ready to hang stretched canvas.
