"You are standing at the 'edge of the sea' and drinking in the pure beauty of the rolling surf under a clearing sky. The moment is perfect for enjoying the aqua breakers and sapphire blue ocean, as clouds drift away before your eyes."
Artist Comments: "Though narrower than it's companion piece, "Edge Of The Sea #1", This oil painting on stretched canvas has all the elements of a perfect seascape on its own merit. However, when placed side-by-side, they form a very interesting "whole". The horizon and wave patterns meet, as does the rock formation (when placed in one position). If you choose, you can reverse the order, and then there will be rocks at both ends of the scene, yet the breakers, foam and clouds match perfectly. I had a great deal of fun doing these two paintings on stretched canvas, and I hope you will enjoy seeing them together as a set, as well.
