Art: Silk Furred Apricot Poodle by Artist Camille Meeker Turner

This week I'm offering this little apricot poodle for auction! I first carefully sculpted him in polymer clay, painted and glossed the tiny details then applied the home dyed silk fiber one lock at a time until achieving the finished piece. I made the eyes in a separate process then cured them directly into the sculpture giving this little one a realistic appearance. This will arrive with a signed, dated and numbered certificate of authenticity that may be verified through the ebsq site. This would make a great addition to your dollhouse or original one of a kind poodle collection!
