Wet formed leather skull, natural coloring, molded over a resin replica. This was the first one of these I made. I had no idea the teeth would come out so defined. It was a nice surprise about 3 hours into the process. I was experimenting using a stylus over areas which were almost dry and pounding with a ball of sculpey wrapped in plastic over the mouth area and the details just came out. I was so pleased I could not bring myself to dye him, just in case I ruined the whole thing.
He was inspired by listening to an Art Bell "Coast To Coast" show about "anamolous skulls" discoveries of real skulls with horns.
