Continuing my fabric fantasy aceo series, I have created a mermaid card! The mermaid herself was painted in acrylics onto a scrap of muslin, and many assorted fabrics, ribbon, and yarn (as well as some green glass beads) were sewn onto a base of blue flannel. She is backed with a piece of artist canvas, and is signed and dated on the back. A one of a kind, unique piece!
