Ahhh! I loved painting this one! These faeries must live relatively close to a human-infested environment, since they have incorporated various pieces of litter and trash into the construction. Faeries don't really know any better - they just thought that they were pretty and shiny materials to use. If you look closely you can see the remnant of a Starbucks styrofoam cup, and a broken Heineken bottle that they seem to be using to collect rainwater. There are pretty flowers and jewels hung up alongside bottle caps and soda-pop can pulltabs.
