Mary seems to have captured my creative sensibility lately...in this piece she is repeated times three, or perhaps this represents the three Marys...rich color and symbolism pervade this mixed media assemblage. The page from a Medieval manuscript from the gospel of St. John forms the background...a cache of handmade watercolor paper just begged to be made into collages, with Renaissance images of Woman as the focal point.
