My cats love to spread out around the woodstove for optimal warmth...it's even better if they have someone to snuggle with! I created this piece on a 5x5 inch canvas panel...easy to frame! The fireplace is highly textured like stucco and I used the rich colors associated with the southwest. I've finished it with an acrylic varnish to protect and enhance the colors. This is an original painting....not a print!
