- The Stamp Collection Green Lantern sold
This piece was made by special request. For some reason, I began acquiring stamps a few years ago. I don't have many as I am not a stamp collector, but loved the little minature pieces of art many of the stamps hold. When I started making these minatures with the stamps, I saw the 2006 release by the U.S. Postal Service of the comic book cover stamps and decided to do a few mosaics with these stamps.
Two Green Lantern stamps were placed under glass and adhered to a wood plaque. I surrounded the images with Van Gogh glass and stained glass This piece is SOLD.
