This small tribute to Vincent Van Gogh is a combination of techniques I sometimes employ in my work when I am working out color combinations for my paintings. I created the character of the little girl in pen and ink and watercolor and subsequently uploaded the drawing into Photoshop, added the background layer of the well-known painting of Van Gogh's bedroom and combined the two. I am doing a series of these and this is the first of the series.
