Having lived in NYC most of my life this was a devastating event that touched me deeply. I couldn't even do an art piece immediately after the attack. When I finally did this piece I thought of the couple who held hands & jumped this image is imbedded in my brain. I always hope they heard beautiful music so I put music notes in the art piece. NYC is a musical place there is sound 24 hrs a day,horns,voices,building sounds, talking, subway noises and of course The Met, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall & all the other venues for music. I dedicate this piece to all the victims & their families.
