I worked on a pair of custom sheep recently and it got me back in the mood to do another barnyard offering. I first carefully sculpted this little one in polymer clay, painted the tiny details with acrylics then applied hand cut alpaca flocking until he had a nicely sheared coat. I made his eyes in a separate process giving him a lifelike appearance. I used a small amount of pastel to bring out details, his tongue was inspired by a photo I found in images, it struck me as humorous so I was unable to resist! The new owner will receive an original signed digital certificate of authenticity that may be verified through the ebsq site. This would make a great addition to your dollhouse or barnyard collection!
