This beautifully textured mixed media triptych has been created on gallery wrap canvas, with a 3/4" presentation from the wall. Beautiful design for contemporary or naturalized decor. No framing necessary and may be hung in any manner you choose. Specifically, the canvas has been prepared with a mixture of sand, gel and gesso for added strength and longevity, carved into, sanded and manipulated to simulate a rocky face one might find on a hike in the mountains or looking closely at the headlands on the beach here on the coast. The minerals, the lichen...naturalized effects! This was my inspiration for this triptych. Colors Used: Silver, Bronze, Gold, Ultramarine Blue, Deep Red, Yellow Ochre, Black Click on the images for more detail of the of this original painting. Multiple layers of texture and generous applications of professional quality pigment and materials create a deep and inviting effect. A fine and affordable investment for the serious art collector.
